His European style of cooking is reflected in the individually crafted fine dining menu’s that he creates using seasonal ingredients, organic and free range meats, and carefully sourced local ingredients.

Some of Andrew’s signature dishes include butter roasted fillet of free range beef served with fondant potato, ravioli of wild mushroom, glazed baby vegetables and a porcini, red wine thyme jus.

The grand finale may be a basil and lime panacotta with a fresh strawberry and vanilla bean jelly. On request, dishes may be complemented by carefully selected wines, to pair the menu and enhance the all important flavours.
